A new beginning, the rebirth of SexyDeath – this new Swedish electro sleaze band will blow you away!
Alex Frejrud, the lead singer, reformed SexyDeath in late 2005 after moving back from Colombia with the new band members: Schitzo on Guitar, H on Bass and AC9 on drums. The band produces a new sound with roots in the despair of a society trembling under violence and drugs.
SexyDeath takes our minds to a postmodern episode full of mystery and exotica. In a world were sex and death seems to be the new established form of entertainment, SexyDeath translates the headlines, the reality and crime shows into a blend of Ebm-Electro-Metal-Punk-Goth-and synth rock. The music is a reflection of a SexyDeath generation; a product of a depraved world.
With their vivid lyrics and spectacular visual live performances, you can be certain of an unforgettable show. "We don't see ourselves as an industrial or a metal band; Industrial is dead, Punk is dead, New wave is forgotten and Goth is considered mythological these days. We just love machines, electro music, and heavy mother f****** guitars."
