Astor Mahira makes music for the hours Stockholm forgets to account for. Growing up in a city without a rap scene to call his own, he turned toward the internet, early 2000s frequencies, toward something harder to name. The result is an underground electronic rap sound built from cloud rap drift and ambient texture, held together by lyrics about being slightly out of place everywhere you go.
