Born in Memphis (TN, USA), Julius E. Green is a spectacular artist often compared to Sammy Davis Junior.

His singing career began at the famous STAX Recording studio, writing songs and performing with giants such as Otis Redding, Jackie Wilson, Sam Cooke and touring extensively the legendary Chittlin Circuit: the main road for all groups at the time that included the Four Tops, the Temptations and most to become Motown artists.

Contributing to R & B music history, he co-wrote Good To Me with Otis Redding and reached international status as a tenor for the legendary group, The Platters.

Considered by many as one of the last of the true living legends of that era, Julius E. Green currently resides in The Netherlands, where he released a hit record: Rock your Baby in 1982 and collaborated on various projects with the many talents based here and internationally.
Always accompanied by top class international musicians, he also toured with great success Sweden, Sicily, Croatia, Spain, Tunisia, UK amongst others.
Julius E. Green takes you straight from the first bars into a dynamic stage performance that includes a wide range of influences and genres: R & B, Soul, Funk, Rock & Roll, Blues, Reggae and Jazz. He also performs as a Gospel singer.
He is as comfortable appearing in small clubs, cocktail lounges, as in festivals or stadium venues. Always pouring his heart and soul out with a relentless intensity all through the show, Julius E. Green leaves his audience invariably richer of a very special experience indeed.
